Derek Hough has already left Dancing with the Stars and has moved on to the judging table of NBC's World of Dance but the 32-year-old pro dancer isn't closing his doors when it comes to a possible reunion with his pal Mark Ballas on the ABC dance competition series that made him famous.

"I honestly will never say never. I love the show so much but I'm very very excited about World of Dance with second season and we're doubling up. There's two-hour episodes now, 13 episodes. We have amazing dancers. It's gonna be incredible. We're filming next week so I'm excited," Hough told Access online.

Hough made his first appearance on Dancing with the Stars in season four as a guest instructor and then joined the cast of professional instructors in season five. Since then, he has been on every season (except season 12 and season 22) and has won a record six seasons.

In 2017, Hough joined NBC's dance competition series World of Dance as a judge--- a role he will resume for the upcoming season.

Besides his TV show and dance tours, Hough is also focused on his personal project.

"I'm building a house and it will finally be finished this year," he revealed. Asked whether he's living with DWTS pro girlfriend Hayley Erbert, Hough said no but added, "who knows" what will happen next.

Do you miss Derek Hough on DWTS or would you rather see him on World of Dance?
