It sounds like Nick Viall isn't ready to leave the spotlight after all. The former Bachelor star has reportedly resumed taking classes at an acting studio in Los Angeles, where he initially took courses prior to the filming of The Bachelor season 21.
According to E! News
, the reality star enrolled in a 4-6 week intensive acting course. He is expected to attend a class once a week to learn the basics of acting before taking up comedy training.
Viall's decision to pursue acting somewhat contradicts his previous statement about keeping some distance from the limelight-- although to be fair, he did specify that he was no longer interested in doing reality TV at the time.
"I have zero plans to do reality TV," Viall revealed in May
. "I'm certainly done with anything Bachelor
-related, but I'm very thankful for my time."
Viall first competed for Andi Dorfman on The Bachelorette season 10. He next competed for Kaitlyn Bristowe on The Bachelorette season 11, where he became the runner-up yet again. He made his third attempt to find love on reality TV by joining the third season of Bachelor in Paradise but ended up single by the end of the season. In 2017, he became the leading man of The Bachelor season 21, where he got engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi. After his Bachelor stint, he joined Dancing with the Stars and is currently focused on his grooming line business. The Polished Gent.
Are you surprised by Viall's career direction? Do you expect to see him on TV soon?
