The near omnipresence of new Bachelorette
Rachel Lindsay has faded slightly as she is currently in the midst of filming her season and hopefully finding love. This doesn't meant that Rachel isn't still a hot topic of discussion. The most recent Bachelorette,
JoJo Fletcher ,was asked by People.com
for what advice she would give Rachel as she films the show. Plus JoJo gave her thoughts on who she wants to join Bachelor in Paradise
this upcoming season.
Former Bachelorette Contestant Luke Pell Denies 'Player' and 'Cheater' Allegations>>>
There are undoubtedly more than a few fans in Bachelor Nation who have their own advice for Rachel after just watching her on Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor.
JoJo has a slight lead on them because she has met Rachel, albeit just once. "I met her once and the first thing I notice about her is that she's super confident, which I love," JoJo explained.
JoJo continued and elaborated that Rachel's confidence could be her downfall on the show. "I also know that she's so smart that she's probably going to have a tough time not overthinking," JoJo said. "I think I would just tell her not to try to overthink every situation. At the end of this whole thing whatever happens she really just needs to, and this is going to sound so cliche, but really go with your first instinct or whatever thought you keep coming back to."
This is certainly advice that JoJo followed on her own season as she made the strongest connection out of the gate with her eventual fiance Jordan Rodgers. Jordan was the obvious frontrunner during JoJo's Bachelorette
season. This did make the season itself a bit boring but JoJo and Jordan are still together so she probably doesn't mind.
Is Bachelor Villain Chad Johnson Still Heading to Paradise?>>>
JoJo didn't talk much about the current state of that relationship but she did talk about some of the other guys from her season. When asked who she'd think to see on Bachelor in Paradise, JoJo named three guys from her season. "I think Luke may do it," JoJo said. "I hope Wells does it and I really love Vinny, like those are just my guys but I'm sure a ton of Rachel's guys are going to do it."
As for the most famous (or rather infamous) of JoJo's cast, villain Chad Johnson, JoJo is a little undecided. When asked about "Bad Chad" JoJo said, "I wish Bad Chad wasn't Bad Chad! You know what I mean? But I think people are drawn to it and he had such a short-lived time on Paradise last season. So maybe this will be his chance to redeem himself."
What do you make of JoJo's advice? Should Rachel follow it? Do you think Rachel will overthink her journey on the show? Who do you want to see on Bachelor in Paradise this season?
