Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham were spotted having lunch with Marriage Boot Camp counselors Dr. Ish Major and Dr. Venus Nicolinoon on Tuesday at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona, sparking speculations that the Bachelor couple will be appearing on the WE tv reality show.
reports that Luyendyk and Burnham were getting tips on "healthy ways to keep their relationship on track despite being in the spotlight," according to a press release. Dr. V, who believes they are in it for the long haul, says "They seemed genuinely happy."
The pair got engaged during the After the Final Rose special, which aired the day after The Bachelor season 22 finale in which Luyendyk called off his engagement with his chosen woman, Becca Kufrin. Recently Burnham uprooted her life to move in with Luyendyk in his home in Arizona.
Several years ago, a similar meeting took place when Bachelor season 18 stars Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell had lunch with former Marriage Boot Camp counselors Jim Carroll and Elizabeth Carroll in Miami, FL. While the former lovers didn't end up appearing on Marriage Boot Camp, they later appeared on VH1's Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn.
When asked if Luyendyk and Burnham will be part of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars next season, a network spokesperson told Reality TV World there are "no plans at this time."
Luyendyk and Burnham wouldn't be the first couple from Bachelor Nation to appear on Marriage Boot Camp if and when they decide to be part of the WE tv show. Couples who previously appeared on the show include Ryan and Trista Sutter, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici, Michelle Money and Cody Sattler, Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, and JJ Lane and Juelia Kinney.
