Now that introductions are over, it's time to move on to the actual dates on The Bachelor
season 22. This week, Arie takes 15 women to a racetrack for a demolition derby group date and introduces one bachelorette to his close-knit family in his hometown of Scottsdale. But perhaps one of the most anticipated moments in the episode revolves around Becca's Cinderella-style date, which also marks the first one-on-one date of the season.
On the date, Arie decides to spoil Becca to show her that he's thinking about her. Becca gets to meet celebrity fashion designer Rachel Zoe, gets the opportunity to try on several gowns and gives Arie a private fashion show.
"I mean, I was definitely trying to charm her," Luynedyk admitted to Entertainment Tonight
. "When I met Becca that first night, I could tell she was very humble...I knew that first date was going to be a date to spoil one of the ladies and I thought what not a better opportunity than to spoil her, because she's so deserving of it."
Given the Cinderella treatment, Becca couldn't help but gush about the Bachelor star.
"I thought I was only going to get the one for the date tonight, and then Arie looked at me and was like, 'Well, I want you to have them all," she shared. "I think my jaw hit the floor. I got Rachel Zoe's gowns, which are amazing, I got a pair of Louis Vuitton [heels], which cost more than my rent, I think. And I got the kiss."
"Oh my god, he is such a good kisser. I can see why he got that nickname, the Kissing Bandit," Becca confessed. "We have a joke now going on at the mansion that he has pillow lips and they really are so soft! I want more!"
