Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga and Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen are being sued for $30 million by Gorga's former business partner Jackie Beard Robinson. The pair is being accused of defaming Robinson on their shows and for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to documents obtained by People, Robinson and Gorga went into business together in 2015 to establish a clothing store called Envy but they ended their partnership after several months. Robinson claimed she decided to end her business relationship with the RHONJ star because she allegedly "misappropriated over $37,000" from the store. While Robinson said she rightfully removed her belongings from the store in broad day light, Gorga said in an episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey that Robinson "snuck in in the middle of the night and took all the clothes."

Additionally, an episode of Watch What Happens Live featured the host saying "Wow, so, that lady wound up kinda ripping you off?" to which Gorga responded yes.

Robinson claimed the incident portrayed in the show made her look like a felon, negatively affecting her business and personal life.

"When you accuse someone of stealing, that's the worse kind of defamation and it's very serious. NBC and the other defendants will pay dearly for that, they destroyed her reputation," Larry Klayman, Robinson's attorney, told People.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
